●What’s Crispy Deep Fried Giant Squid

We using imported fresh deep sea giant sea for our crispy squid. Each squid weight around 200-300 gram. This is the most ideal size for consumption. The flesh is tick enough and juicy.

Our raw squid is always keep under -18˚c to maintains its freshness. Once defrost and processed, it will keep under cold condition as well. After apply with our special formulated batter and crispy flour, fried the squid in 190 ˚c cooking oil.

Then topped with various exclusively made sauces or sprinkled with different seasoned powder. Finally, a hot, crispy and delicious squid is ready to be served.

Our customer could choose either cut or non-cut. Most of our customer choose non-cut. And it really attract lot of attention from others because of its huge size!
